Get Done (“GetDone”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) is the data controller for the personal information of each user (“User” or “You”) who accesses our application (“Platform”). We provide a digital recruitment Platform designed to connect companies with pre-verified, project-based technology talent (“Services”).

By accessing the Platform and/or using Our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the collection and processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including any updates or amendments that form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Professional and Educational Background: Includes work history, academic qualifications, project experience, skills, certifications, and any test or assessment results completed within the Platform. These test results are essential for evaluating and strengthening Our candidate-job matching system objectively.
3. Device and Usage Data: Such as your device model, operating system version, IP address, and usage patterns (e.g., session duration, feature interaction). These insights help enhance the Platform’s stability, security, and user experience.
4. Location Data: If permitted, we may collect location data to offer job recommendations based on proximity or local market demand. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

Cookies

We may use cookies, small digital files stored on your device to track your visits, navigation behavior, and demographic data, and to support Platform operations, visitor counts, and other Service related functionalities. Cookies may be provided either by Us or third-party service providers. Use of cookies will always comply with applicable laws.

Representation

If You are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity or institution, You confirm that You are authorized to act on behalf of and legally bind such entity to this Privacy Policy.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Get Done may use AI technologies in its services; however, such usage does not involve accessing external data sources, intercepting private communications, or conducting profiling outside the scope explicitly outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Disclosure of Personal Data

To facilitate the operation of the Platform and provision of Our Services, We may disclose Your Personal Data to third parties to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We retain Your Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the services You registered for. If Your Account remains inactive for 12 months, We may notify You prior to initiating automatic deletion.

Anonymized data used for AI and analytical purposes may be retained indefinitely but will contain no personally identifiable information.

Data Storage, Correction, Deletion, and Withdrawal of Consent

1. Your Personal Data is securely stored in encrypted form and retained in compliance with applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Data may be stored:
   1. For the duration of Your usage of the Platform and/or Services;
   1. For a minimum of five (5) years after You stop using the Platform and/or Services;
   1. After the purposes for which the data was collected have ended; or
   1. As otherwise required by current or future legal obligations.
3. You may update or correct Your Personal Data via Your Account dashboard or by contacting us through Our available communication channels.
4. If you wish to withdraw Your consent for data processing, You may submit a written request along with Your reason and valid identification. Please note that withdrawing consent may prevent Us from fulfilling Our obligations to You, and may result in termination of Our relationship.

Limitation of Liability

1. We are responsible for protecting Personal Data within Our systems and will take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access or breaches. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected Users in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of discovery.
2. We are not liable for any data breach resulting from actions or negligence by You or any third party.
3. You are responsible for the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your email, password, and any other access details.
4. We are not liable for the accuracy, validity, or completeness of the data You provide to us.
5. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations under this Privacy Policy due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, system failures, regulatory changes, or third-party disruptions. In such cases, We will provide written notification within ten (10) calendar days.
